  Underwoods Colchester, if I could give 0 stars I would. The service I received from there start to finish was second to none. The owner Matthew certainly doesn't do himself any justice either! without going into detail thankfully, I took my case to Head Office and was compensated for most of my let downs - but putting this aside the establishment has the worst admin/management I have ever come across. Personally I would never give them anymore of my time or money & highly recommend people thinking twice before buying a vehicle from this location.
