  Honestly all I have to say about this Estate Agent is that they are very poor.
  When you pay a deposit, just know that they will not return it to you even if you left your room or house in tip-top condition, they will always find a way to keep your money.
  
  Very Poor service from them all round, I would not recommend them to anyone at all.
  
  Keep away from this estate agency.
