  Absolutely appalling service! And, amusingly / thankfully, this was before parting with any money. During the first phone call I was patronised, treated similarly upon phoning to clarify previously unclear directions for a viewing and then after the viewing, running through questions, I was either fobbed off or openly laughed at for expecting answers to pretty standard queries. The most unprofessional letting agency I've had the misfortune of coming across yet.
